Awhina Activity
Today to celebrate the start of the Rugby World Cup we had a rugby themed Awhina activity. Each Awhina group learnt a different country's national anthem. The chosen countries were Scotland, Australia, England, Wales, Ireland and Canada. The whole school went to the school hall. We began with the New Zealand national anthem and then we did the Toia mai haka. Then each Awhina group sang the national anthem that they had learnt.
It was awesome!! GO THE ALL BLACKS!!
Today was AWhina Activity it was a sad day because .Digby was on the shelf.Teddy was hanging on the roof.the dress ups were hanging on the line.was not good because the data projector upside down. WHO DID THESE THINGS??
